Dhenki’s mustard oil is extracted from the finest quality seeds, using traditional wood-pressed machines. We ensure quality by extracting oil at low temperatures (<38˚C) and low RPM (<20) to retain all the nutritional, bioactive, and therapeutic properties. The oil is gravitationally filtered and filled in a hygienic way with minimal processing so that every drop is pure.
