Kankrej Bilona Ghee is made from Kankrej cow’s pure milk, our cows are grass-fed in organic farms and deep forests which ensures purest and natural ingredients in produced milk, fresh milk is turned into high-fat curd and them hand-churned using the ancient traditional method of churning, using wooden bilona in an earthen pot, the butter produced after churning is used to produce pure and aromatic ghee, which is a rich source of Vitamins, Antioxidants, Omega 3,6, and 9 fatty acids.
