A2 Bilona Ghee is a traditionally crafted, nutrient-rich clarified butter made using the ancient Bilona method from the A2 milk of indigenous Indian cow breeds such as Gir, Sahiwal, Tharparkar, and Rathi. What makes A2 Bilona Ghee truly exceptional is the purity of the milk used and the artisanal process involved in its preparation.

The process begins with hand-milking native cows raised on organic feed. The milk is boiled and then cultured into curd using a natural starter. This curd is hand-churned in wooden pots (bilona), either clockwise and counterclockwise, to separate the butter. The extracted butter is then slowly simmered over a low flame to produce golden, aromatic ghee.

Unlike commercially processed ghee, A2 Bilona Ghee is free from preservatives, additives, and synthetic hormones. It is packed with A2 beta-casein protein, butyric acid, omega-3 & omega-9 fatty acids, and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K).
